cookie receipes
Does anyone have any good roll-out cookie receipes? I'm making favors for my sons wedding, and I could use some help. Can anyone tell me if the icing receipe that comes with the Ann Clark cookie cutters is a hard or soft icing? Can these cookies be made and then frozen? Thank you in advance for your help.

Everyone we talk to loves our Ann Clark Sugar Cookie recipe that comes attached to our traditional cookie cutters - see Recipes on our website. Our icing recipe is a soft icing and can be frozen. The baked cookies can also be frozen frosted or unfrosted.

HI, I am also attempting to make cookies for my daughter's wedding. I bought the wedding cake cookie cutter and used the recipe that came with it. I have froze them and will soon be ready to frost them. This is the part that I'm really unsure about. Do I take them out of the freezer and let them thaw at room temperature. Also I'm not sure what frosting I should use on them. I would love some feedback. thanks so much.
