What is the shelf life of the pet cookie recipe if tightly wrapped?

That's a big "it depends".

The biggest problem with pet treats is mold, and susceptibility to mold depends on the moisture in the recipe, and the ingredients themselves.

Generally as a rule, I give my pet treats a 1 week shelf life, 3 weeks refrigerated, and 3 months frozen.
