Make More Cookies Blog

I have been told about a frosting for cookies that does not run off the cookie, but simply spreads and stops at the edge of the cookie.  Is it possible there is such a frosting?  If anyone knows what I am inquiring about I would love a response.  It sounds too good to be true.  Thanks, Marjorie

if you use wilton meringue powder, there is a color flow recipe with it. This is not run off the cookie
Thanks. I will buy some and try it.

You will need to make it thick like toothpaste. you can pipe a boarder and then with a paint brush fill or flood in the icing.
Okay! I am decorator challenged so I will try it. I am put in the horrible position that everyone thinks I can do all of this stuff because I do make good cookies, but the decorating just is so difficult for me. I am left handed and have arthritis in both hands so all I do is shake when I try to do anything that will make the cookies irresitable. I keep trying though. Thanks again. Marjorie Bledsoe
