pecan sandies that are light, not dense
I've tried numerous recipes for pecan sandies that have led to great disappointment and a waste of pecans. I'm looking for a recipe like the ones you can purchase by Keebler, I think. Most recipes make very dense cookies, that never seem to get done in the middle. Any good recipes out there?
