SUGAR COOKIES

Hi, I'm new to this web-site and have some questions. 1st, I love your cookie recipe. My question is... If I want to make a large batch of dough, cut out the cookies, can I freeze them unfrosted. If so, what is the best way and for how long. Also, should i refrigerate the cut out cookies before I bake them (I heard this stops them from bubbling, gives them a nice flat frosting surface) Thanks so much for your help!See More
