Make More Cookies Blog

I am a 68 year old woman who is known in town as the "cookie lady" by my friends. I don't know why because I can't decorate a cookie to save my soul. I do make good sugar cookies though and dip them in dark chocolate which seems to push everyone over the edge. I also bake my own recipe of chocolate chip cookies that are filled with oatmeal and coconut and they are moist and wonderful and a favorite with everyone for the last 30 years.

I have never blogged in my life. My cell phone stays in my car and is there for emergencies. I am boring. I live on the side of a mountain with my attorney husband, two old cats, 35 deer and lots of squirrels, racoons, quail and moose. I have a wonderful family and friends and am one of those people who truly feels blessed.

I am atttending my 50 year class reunion this summer and have commited to baking 200 "tiger" sugar cookies and decorating them and packaging each one for favors at each place setting. If anyone has any hints on an easy way for someone with arthritis who is left handed to decorate her tigers it would be appreciated.
